The most comfortable basic sweats ever. The only thing missing is pockets! And I’d say they run a little large, but i like them baggy.

No, it's not backwards
I have been wearing my sweatshirts inside out forever, so when I saw the Ziggy, it was "love at first sight!" The oversized style and relaxed fit feel so comfortable, while the elevated look makes it easy to dress up or down. It's the perfect combination of cozy and stylish, and it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe.

Beautiful color for summer
I Love ALL of my PWT colors, but this real blue is truly a STANDOUT! I love it. I have maybe only 1-2 blue items in my closet, I am a PINK girl for LIFE, but this teal just stood out amongst the rest. I would love to ask for a larger sixe(XXL). I am almost ready to be unable to purchase, and if could see my closet, you would KNOW I am a STRONG PWTsupporter. Please, I’m beggging you to offer XXL

Rise is too high
I first tried a medium and found they stretch out. The rise is quite high and I’m not short, 5’6”. I just bought a small. Rise is still too high just not so baggy as the stretch out. Fit is off for me. 137 lbs. Material is good. So, fit needs adjustment I’d say.

how long do I have to make my return or exchange?
we accept returns & exchanges within 45 days of the ship date on most purchases. please note, shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
what is redo?
selecting redo unlimited returns & exchanges for $2.18 at checkout allows unlimited returns and exchanges for each order. this is a perfect way to get a discounted rate for return/exchanges in case you find your item is not quite perfect. you can unselect this service in your cart. this option can not be refunded.
if I don't select redo is my return or exchange free?
unfortunately we do not cover shipping for any return or exchange. typical charges we see range from $8 -$14.
what is returnable and what is final sale?
merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible. final sale items are marked “final sale” on each product page, email or checkout. final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
do you honor price adjustments for orders placed before sale?
no, we do not honor price adjustments.
how soon will I get my refund?
once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. we’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.
please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so that we can track your stuff. as much as we’d want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

as of right now, denim, accessories & stickers are excluded from all discounts.
