how much time do I have to return or exchange an item?
most orders can be returned or exchanged up to 45 days from the ship date. keep in mind that the shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless what arrived was damaged or wasn't what you ordered.
what is redo?
adding redo unlimited returns & exchanges for $2.18 at checkout covers as many returns and exchanges as you need on that order. it's an easy way to lock in a lower rate on returns/exchanges in case something isn't quite perfect for you. the service can be removed from your cart at any time, and once purchased it is non-refundable.
if I skip redo, is my return or exchange free?
no — return and exchange shipping isn't covered by us. these charges usually land somewhere between $8 -$14.
what can be returned and what counts as final sale?
items that are unworn, unwashed, still in original condition and with every tag attached. whenever possible, drop the original packing slip into the package you send back. anything marked “final sale” on the product page, in an email or at checkout is exactly that — final sale pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
are price adjustments honored on orders placed before a sale?
no, price adjustments are not honored.
when will my refund arrive?
after your return lands at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for it to be processed and refunded. from there, refunds usually take 3-5 days to show up on your account. you'll get an email from us as soon as our team has processed it, so you'll know it's on the way.
please ship returns only with our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so the package stays trackable. as much as we'd like to help, a return lost after being sent by any other method can't be refunded by our system.
what is excluded from discounts?
at the moment, denim, accessories & stickers don't qualify for any discount.
do you accept international returns?
international returns aren't available at this time.
